摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polarizing plate protective film with high productivity, such optical characteristics as low retardation and high total light transmittance, low moisture permeability and good suitability to sticking to a polarizing plate. SOLUTION: The polarizing plate protective film comprises a polyester resin consisting of diol units 1-80 mol% of which are diol units having a cyclic acetal skeleton and dicarboxylic acid units, and has a moisture permeability at 40°C and 90% RH being 5-500 g/(m224 h).
