PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stack bodies to be packaged respectively pinched between synthetic resin elastic membranes stretched in openings of frame bodies without making the outer volume bulky, to packaging them and to carry them by stacking members to be crowned and the frame bodies stored in the members to be crowned. SOLUTION: In a packaging and carrying body which pinches and holds the body 4 to be packaged between the synthetic resin elastic membranes 3 and 3 stretched in the openings 2 and 2 of the frame bodies 1 and 1, one member 5 to be crowned constituted so that the whole shape making the upper face to be a flat face 6 has an approximately trapezoidal crosssection and an approximately frame-like plane, is provided on the upper face of one frame body 1, and the other member 5 to be crowned is provided on the undersurface of the other frame body 1. A side wall 7 is provided on the outer peripheral side of the undersurface of the flat face, and an inner wall 9 having a membrane pressure adjusting means 8 is provided on the inner peripheral side. A frame body storing recess 10 in which the frame body and the member to be crowned of the lower step are stacked and stored is provided between the side wall and the inner wall.
