PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seal with an opening/closing cap which can be used to the best of convenience for the user, and especially, allows the cap to be set aside for a position which is in the way when the cap is open. SOLUTION: A case side bearing part 5 with an oblique surface 5a which obliques fanning out toward the downward side, is formed on the upper edge part of a case body 1, and a cap side bearing part 6 with an oblique surface 6a which is in close contact with the case side bearing part 5, is formed at the lower edge part of the cap 3. In addition, a pin for pivotally supporting the cap 3 is set pendulously on the oblique surface 6a, and the bearing part 6 is freely rotatable centering on the pin from a horizontal state in which the opening part between the cap 3 and the case body 1 is closed to a vertical state in which the opening part is open after moving to a position along the side wall of the case body 1.
