PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dressed building plate capable of not making a defect position conspicuous and easily repairing it even if the defect is generated on a design pattern formed by ink jet coating. SOLUTION: In the dressed building plate formed by applying the ink jet coating to a building plate, a single color colored coating film 2 is partially formed on a surface applied with the ink jet coating. Thereby, the coating surface 5 applied with the ink jet coating is partially superposed-coated with the colored coating film 2 to give a tint of the colored coating film 2 to the position and a clearness of the design pattern at the position by the ink jet coating can be intentionally reduced. Further, if the colored coating film 2 is provided on the coating defect position 4, the design pattern at the defect position is made unclear and inconspicuous and an observer extremely hardly recognizes that repairing is performed.
