PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bag body capable of filtering highly water-containing soil accumulated in rivers or lakes and ponds to a level requiring no waste water treatment, causing no backflow nor clogging when injecting the highly water-containing soil, allowing stable and efficient injection. SOLUTION: In this bag-filling dewatering cloth bag dewatering clay of a high water content ratio by injecting it into the bag body for bag-filling dewatering, an injection part into the bag body is composed of a cylindrical body mounted on the bag body. The cylindrical body is structured to project to the inside and outside of the bag body in such a manner that a projection length of the cylindrical body into the inside is set to 30-500cm, and an end part diameter of the cylindrical body is set 1.5 times of that of an injection port.
