PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor-standing air disinfection device with a water tray which can be attached to a partition board water-tightly without welding. SOLUTION: The inside of a floor-standing casing 2 of the device is divided by the partition board 51 into a disinfection compartment 60 and an electrical equipment compartment 61. The disinfection compartment 60 has an air-liquid contact member 5 disposed along almost the whole width of the disinfection compartment to which electrolytic water is fed from an electrolytic bath 31, and a blower fan 7 for blowing air in the interior to the air-liquid contact member 5. The electrical equipment compartment 61 has a control means for controlling the blower fan 7 and the electrolytic bath 31. The water tray 9 for receiving the electrolytic water flowing out of the air-liquid contact member 5 is disposed under the air-liquid contact member 5, and an end 9A of the water tray 9 is made to penetrate through the partition board 51 to be extended to the electrical equipment compartment 61.
