To form a bond between hollow profiles (3,3') cut in a miter joint as a corner, for doors and windows, a connector (1) is inserted with its legs (20,20') into the ends of the profiles. A connecting channel (13) links the outer and inner sides of the connector for the distribution of an injected adhesive. The connector is of solid material at the center (2) between the legs.
