PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve operability of a speech operation while reducing a risk of misrecognition by maintaining a predetermined matching rate.

SOLUTION: A speech recognition engine 110 outputs a matching state of a speech input signal as an error code to a control section 103. Then the control section 103 decides the matching state by an error decision part 105 based upon the error code and outputs guidance data corresponding to the matching state to a speech synthesizing engine 113 under the timing control of a guidance timing control part 107.
