<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell system in which hydrogen gas of a quantity corresponding to the power generation amount of a fuel cell stack can be supplied and the amount of electric power to be consumed by an auxiliary equipment can be reduced. <P>SOLUTION: The fuel cell system comprises the fuel cell stack in which a fuel cell interposing an electrolyte between a fuel electrode and an oxygen electrode is laminated interposing a separator in which a fuel passage is formed along the fuel electrode, a hydrogen gas storage unit which houses a hydrogen adsorbent or a hydrogen storage body and stores hydrogen gas to be supplied to the fuel passage, a fuel cell cooling system to cool the fuel cell stack, and a refrigeration cycle type cooling system for a vehicle air-conditioner or a vehicle refrigerator. The hydrogen adsorbent or the hydrogen storage body housed in the hydrogen gas storage unit is heated by waste heat of the refrigeration cycle type cooling system. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
