<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change the display contents of a second pattern display device. <P>SOLUTION: On the basis of the entry of a game ball to a specified ball entrance, the variable display of patterns is started respectively inside the left display area, right display area and center display area of a special pattern display device and the variable display of the patterns is started respectively inside the left display area, right display area and center display area of the second pattern display device. The pattern inside the left display area, the pattern inside the right display area and the pattern inside the center display area of the second pattern display device are respectively constituted of a plurality of elements, and whether or not to change a part of elements of the patterns is judged every time the game ball enters the specified ball entrance.
