PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a double pipe having bent parts by which the end parts of an outer pipe and the portions of an inner pipe to be fixed to those end parts are positioned in a prescribed positions while preventing accumulation of excessive residual stress after bending work. SOLUTION: By inserting the inner pipe into the outer pipe, a first fixed part of the double pipe is formed by fixing each other after positioning so that the first end part of the outer pipe and the inner pipe which is at the same side of the first end part are in a prescribed relative position. Next, by performing a bending work so that the outer pipe and the inner pipe can be bent at the same time in order from a bent part on the side near the first fixed part and, next, fixing the second end part on the opposite side of the first end part of the outer pipe to the inner pipe, the second fixed part of the double pipe is formed.
