PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily perform a secure communication using a digital certificate while mitigating a complexity in management of digital certificate issuance or the like. SOLUTION: A first encryption communication channel based on inter-authentication is established between a session management device and a first terminal device, and a second encryption communication channel based on inter-authentication is established between the session management device and a second terminal device. The first terminal device transmits a digital certificate of the first terminal device issued by the first terminal device to the second terminal device via the first encryption communication channel, the session management device and the second encryption communication channel, and the second terminal device transmits a digital certificate of the second terminal device issued by the second terminal device to the first terminal device via the second encryption communication channel, the session management device and the first encryption communication channel.
