PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ferrule holder and an eccentricity measuring apparatus that can fully clamp a ferrule and obtain a measurement of a stabilized eccentricity. SOLUTION: The ferrule holder 10 is equipped with a sleeve 1 having a slit 1b in the longitudinal direction and having a through hole 1a for holding a ferrule 5 in which an optical fiber is inserted in the bore, and also equipped with a holder 2 having the sleeve 1 arranged inside. The sleeve 1 is arranged with a gap provided between it and the holder 2 and is fixed to the holder 2 with a joining member 3 interposed in the gap in a region 1c which is opposed to the slit 1b across the through hole 1a.
