PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical characteristic measuring device capable of measuring highly accurately a scanning position in the sub-scanning direction of light and linearity in the main scanning direction. SOLUTION: This measuring device has characteristics wherein a plurality of light receiving parts (21-1 to n:n are optional integers) are arrayed in the main scanning direction of a fixing member 20, and position adjustment of the fixing member 20 is performed in some direction between the main scanning direction 28-1, the sub-scanning direction 28-2, and the defocusing direction 28-3.
