PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser marking device capable of protecting the vertical mechanism against external force at the time of fixing with a simple structure, while referring to above problem. SOLUTION: The laser marking device comprises: a cabinet 10; a laser irradiation device 30 for irradiating laser light; a gimbal part 50 for sustaining a gravity center of the laser irradiation device 30 in a vertical direction; a dolly block 73 for supporting the laser irradiation device 30 and the gimbal part 50 from the cabinet 10; an O ring 84 provided with the laser irradiation device 30; a cylindrical space 86a provided with the cabinet 10; and an eccentric rotation axis 71 and a spring 74 for moving the dolly block 73 provided in the cabinet in directions where the O ring 84 and the cylindrical space 86a are abutting and separating directions.
