PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide high training effect without applying excessive burden to a knee and a waist. SOLUTION: The bicycle 1 of the present invention is provided with a pair of step parts 21a, 21b alternately stepped-on by a left leg and a right leg of a user respectively; a pair of reciprocation slide mechanisms 22a, 22b linearly reciprocating the individual step parts 21a, 21b while sliding the pair of step parts 21a, 21b in a predetermined inclination direction of ascending/descending different from each other (A1-A2 direction) associating with the alternate stepping-on action by the left leg and the right leg respectively; and a pair of power conversion mechanisms 23a, 23b for converting the reciprocation linear motion of the respective step parts 21a, 21b acted by the reciprocation slide mechanisms 22a, 22b to the rotary motion for rotating a front wheel 2 (arrow B1 direction).
