PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spare tire mounting device capable of reliably attaching/detaching two spare tires 2, 3 one by one while ensuring the safety of the work. SOLUTION: A spare tire carrier 6 is fixed to a cross member 5 stretched over right and left side rails 4a, 4b, a chain 9 of the spare tire carrier 6 is passed through wheel disk holes 2a, 3a of the two vertically stacked tires 2, 3, and the two tires 2, 3 are mounted by hanging a lower side of a wheel disk 3b of the tire 3 located on the lower side by a hanging plate 7 mounted on a fore end 9a of the chain 9. Chains 8a, 8b capable of holding the tire 2 located on the upper side are provided at two positions separate from each other across the chain 9 of the spare tire carrier 6 between the right and left side rails 4a, 4b.
