PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mixed-liquid supply apparatus having a sufficient capacity, easy to control and capable of producing a mixed liquid at an accurate dilution rate. SOLUTION: The mixed-liquid supply apparatus 10 produces the mixed liquid diluted from a stock solution such as a surfactant or a disinfection solution to feed it. The apparatus 10 is provided with a stock-solution tank 20, a mixed-liquid tank 40 in which the diluted liquid and the stock solution are received and a predetermined liquid level is sensed, a stock-solution delivery pump 30, a mixed-liquid delivery pump 50 for transferring the mixed liquid from the tank 40 to the side of a mixed-liquid delivery nozzle 15, and a centralized control part 60 by which the sock solution is introduced into the tank 40 through the pump 30 according to the amount of the mixed liquid used to be kept in the tank 40 at the predetermined dilution rate.
