A comprehensively excellent composition for preventing any body fluid leakage from dead body that despite the use of a highly water absorbent resin, excels in long-term preservation, and that at use, can be easily injected into the dead body with the use of a gas pressure and upon contact with the body fluid, instantaneously solidifies to attain assured prevention of any leakage; and a relevant method of leakage prevention treatment. There is provided a composition for dead body treatment having a micropowder of highly water absorbent resin capable of gelling water dispersed in a liquefied gas dissolving an essential oil or plant oil in an aerosol can. Further, there is provided a method of treatment for preventing any body fluid leakage from dead body, in which the composition for dead body treatment having a micropowder of highly water absorbent resin capable of gelling water dispersed in a liquefied gas dissolving an essential oil or plant oil is injected in the form of aerosol into the interior of the dead body.
