An S-DMB(Satellite-Digital Multimedia Broadcasting) receiving apparatus is provided to improve receiving sensibility and increase channel capacity by removing an interference signal in an S-DMB receiving terminal. A delay circuit unit(21) delays a signal received from a signal transmitting unit of an S-DMB system by a certain time. A plurality of decoders(22-1~22-n) multiplies the signal received from the signal transmitting unit by a walsh code and demodulates the corresponding receiving signal, respectively. A plurality of interference signal generators(23-1~23-n) confirms the signal transmitted from the signal transmitting unit by a pilot symbol received from the signal transmitting unit, estimates distortion components among the signals demodulated in the decoders(22-1~22-n), and generates interference signals, respectively. An interference signal remover(24) removes the interference signals generated in the interference signal generators(23-1~23-n) from the receiving signal delayed in the delay circuit unit(21), multiplies the receiving signal by a walsh code, and obtains a decoding signal.
