PLASMA DISPLAY PANEL

A plasma display panel is provided to lower a discharge voltage by forming a first dielectric layer in such a way that a groove of a multi-stage structure is formed on the dielectric layer. Barrier ribs(224) are interposed between first and second substrates to define plural discharge cells. Pairs of sustain electrodes(214) extend in a cross direction to correspond to the discharge cell, and have first and second sustain electrodes(212,213). A first dielectric layer(215) is formed to have a multi-stage structure between the first and second sustain electrodes. A protective film(216) covers the first dielectric layer, and address electrodes(222) are disposed to cross the sustain electrodes.
