A method and a device for manufacturing plastic multiple-walled tube and plastic-walled thereof are provided to fit an iron core into a reinforce resin to completely bond the iron core to the reinforce resin. A device for manufacturing plastic multiple-walled tube and plastic-walled thereof continuously extrudes a pipe from a synthetic resin extruder to form a synthetic resin multiple-walled tube(A). A cylindrical frame is formed by continuously extruding a pipe(2) from the synthetic resin extruder in the form of a spiral shape, by filling liquid reinforce resin(8) between adjacent pipes, by pressing the same, by heating the inside of the reinforce resin to form an iron core(4), by re-filling the liquid reinforce resin to integrate the pipe, the iron core, and the reinforce resin into one body. The pipe has a chamfered shape to increase bonding surface to be bonded to the reinforce resin. The iron core embedded into the reinforced resin may has a circular cross section, an H-shaped cross section, or an I-shaped cross section in order to increase the bonding surface to be bonded to the reinforced resin.
