<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical sensor, an optical temperature measuring device and a measuring device using the sensor, with improved distance resolution of temperature measurement at a low cost, without speeding up the sampling frequency and the pulse width. <P>SOLUTION: The optical measurement device comprises a sensing section 12 constituted of an optical fiber 14 arranged at measurement points, such as temperature, distortions, and pressure, a light source 75 for entering light into the sensing section 12, and photodetectors 76, 77 for detecting the back diffusion scattered light from the section 12, where the sensing section 12 is formed on a tape sheet 13 by arranging the fiber 14 on a wave-shape at a predetermined curvature. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
