<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a structure, while preventing an increase of a space associated with the bending of an extra length part of a wire harness, and lowering of durability. <P>SOLUTION: A movable body 1 is rotatably supported on a fixed body 4 by a horizontal link arm 2, the wire harness 14 is wired from the fixed body 4 to the movable body 1 along the link arm 2, the wire harness 14 is vertically raised at a center of each shaft part 7<SB>1</SB>and 7<SB>2</SB>on both end sides of the link arm 2 or close to the center, and thereby rising parts 14a<SB>1</SB>and 14b<SB>1</SB>of the wire harness 14 are made twistable in the peripheral direction at the time of opening/closing the movable body 1. The wire harness 14 is inserted into the hollow link arm 2. The rising parts 14a<SB>1</SB>and 14b<SB>1</SB>are inserted into hollow shaft parts 7<SB>1</SB>and 7<SB>2</SB>.
