<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and a program for generation of anonymous identification information, capable of providing necessary information to an analyzer while attaining protection of his/her privacy. <P>SOLUTION: In this system for generation of anonymous identification information 100, a hospital information processing terminal 101 transmits subject identification information specific to each subject that is an object of genetic information analysis and subject relation information showing a relation each between subjects to an anonymizing terminal 102. The anonymizing terminal 102 encrypts, upon receipt of the information, the subject identification information to generate encrypted identification information, and generates encrypted information based on the subject relation information.
