ENTRY DATA MANAGEMENT DEVICE, ENTRY DATA MANAGEMENT METHOD, AND PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an entry data management device capable of reliably managing entry data for respective forms used in procedures for respective notification destinations when procedures for different notification destinations are carried out by combined forms simultaneously, its control method, and its program.

SOLUTION: A data entry system comprises an entry terminal 1032 for generating an entry data and a control server 1031 for performing registration processing of the entry data. The control server 1031 specifies the corresponding individual forms of the combined forms 303 when it acquires entry data of all input items of the combined forms 303 generated by the entry terminal 1032. It then specifies the space for registration destination for each of the acquired entry data from the storage space generated for the specified individual forms, and registers the entry data in the specified space.
