摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bearing device for a wheel for improving accuracy of surface deflection of a side face of a brake rotor of the bearing device for the wheel. SOLUTION: The bearing device for the wheel comprises double-row rolling elements 20 housed between an inner member 1 and an outer member 10, and a rolling bearing rotatably supporting the wheel to a car body. A wheel mounting flange 5 for fastening the wheel is formed on a hub ring 2 of the inner member 1. An annular groove 7 having a predetermined width to contain hub bolts 6 is formed in the wheel mounting flange 5. A side face 5a of the wheel mounting flange 5 in a region other than the annular groove 7 is formed to be a secondary cut-surface finished after press-fitting of the hub bolts 6.
