PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bush enabling easy change of the spring characteristics without accompanying the large change of the damping characteristics. SOLUTION: This bush 11 comprises: a bush body 15 in which a cylindrical elastic body 14 is interposed between an inner tube 12 and an outer tube 13; and a plate-like elastic body 16 fitted into the recess 14a of the cylindrical elastic body 14. The recess 14a of generally arcuate shape in cross section is formed in outer surface of the cylindrical elastic body 14. A metal plate 17 of arcuate shape in cross section is molded onto the cylindrical elastic body 14 between the recess 14a and the outer tube 13. The plate-like elastic body 16 made of the rubber with a lower damping property than the cylindrical elastic body 14 comprises: a plate-like part 16a having a generally arcuate cross section; a first locking part 16b formed at one end of the plate-like part 16a; and a second locking part 16c formed at the other end of the plate-like part 16a.
