PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology of easily recognizing a telephone opposite party in telephone reception by using a computer display and voice which general person not being expert operators can use. SOLUTION: On the premises of a telephone number display service by a number display function as a means for particularizing a phone caller, the telephone number is acquired from an adaptor connected to a telephone line, destination information including a name and an address for particularizing an opposite party from the telephone number is popup-displayed on a window on the display apparatus, an image file associated so as to be helpful for particularizing the opposite party is displayed on the window as a background image, a voice file associated so as to be useful for particularizing the destination is furthermore reproduced from a speaker so that the telephone opposite party can easily be recognized.
