PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cellular phone device for informing an incoming call of only a specific opposite party during ringing an alarm sound. SOLUTION: If a * key is depressed in step S1; a buzzer starts to ring in step S2 and the present position information is calculated, and the calculated position information is automatically attached to an e-mail and transmitted to a predetermined destination (steps S3, S4). While the buzzer is continuously ringing, when an incoming call from the predetermined opposite party is received; an incoming call sound rings (steps S8, S10). On the contrary, when an incoming call is received from a party other than the predetermined opposite party, the incoming call sound is stopped and the buzzer continues to ring (steps S8, S9).
