PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a flying object from colliding and adhering on a throttle body and reduce noise caused by operation noise of a fuel injection valve. SOLUTION: The internal combustion engine mounted on an motorcycle is provided with a throttle body 25 provided with a throttle valve, a fuel injection valve 30, and a protection cover C for the throttle body protecting the throttle body 25 from the flying object such as water, mud, and small stones. The protection cover C is attached on the throttle body 25 to cover the throttle body 25 arranged with exposed from a body cover and covers the fuel injection valve 30 attached to the throttle body 25.
