PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combination of concrete blocks and horizontal reinforcing bars with connecting blocks. SOLUTION: Insert reinforcements anchored to a building structure are stacked inserted in cavity parts of the concrete blocks, and the adjacent concrete blocks are joined by the connecting block 1. This process is sequentially repeated, and when stacking of a first stage is completed, horizontal reinforcing bars are installed on the connecting blocks 1 to stack the second stage of the concrete blocks. This process is repeated to stack up to the required number of stages. The horizontal reinforcing bars are installed almost at the center of the concrete blocks by the action of the connecting blocks 1, and the concrete blocks in lateral and vertical directions can be self-supported without filling mortar. Vertical reinforcing bars are then inserted in cavities of the concrete blocks, and mortar is filled and hardened to further strengthen the joint of the connecting blocks.
