PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide construction machinery capable of accomplishing a fuel tank 12 of a large scale so that an installation space of a hydraulic oil tank 16 can be ensured in a different place from a place adjacent to the fuel tank 12 on the right side of the body. SOLUTION: The installation space of the hydraulic oil tank 16 can be ensured in the above of the latter half section of a turning circle 5 in the rear of the basic end section of a boom 19 so that a turning motor 14 can be placed downward of the basic end section of the boom 19 and, at the same time, when the boom 19 is oscillated downward to the basic end section of the boom, a notch section 19c is so formed that the turning motor 14 does not interfere, and the fuel tank 12 can be enlarged without being influenced on the hydraulic oil tank 16.
