PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet ensured in the stable adhesion of a back primer layer and a base material sheet or an adherend material when the back primer layer is formed by an aqueous composition containing a polyester urethane resin and isocyanate. SOLUTION: The decorative sheet constituted by laminating at least one layer on the surface of the base material sheet 1 is characterized in that: (1) the primer layer 6 formed of the aqueous composition is provided on the back of the base material sheet 1; (2) the aqueous composition contains the polyester urethane resin and the isocyanate; (3) the aqueous composition contains 50-80 pts.wt. of the isocyanate with respect to 100 pts.wt. of the polyester urethane resin; and (4) the aqueous composition further contains a thermal dissociation type block isocyanate.
