PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide insoles for the footwear, which achieve the ideal correction of the foot skeleton and obtain therapeutic and preventive effects for orthopaedic problems below the waist. SOLUTION: In the insoles for the footwear, projecting shapes for conditioning the lateral arch C3, the inside longitudinal arch C4 and the outside longitudinal arch C5, are formed on faces of the insoles 1 in contact with the foot. The shape 87 for conditioning the lateral arch, the shape conditioning the inner longitudinal arch C4 and the shape conditioning the outer longitudinal arch C5 are so arranged as to fit the shape of the sole and the projecting shapes are connected together with a smooth curved surface.
