PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tomograph capable of reducing measuring processes of a transmission signal value and reducing the deterioration of the image quality of a tomographic image, and a radiation signal processing method. SOLUTION: In a case of converting an X-ray transmission signal value irradiated and transmitted through a subject into a density distribution integration value of the subject and acquiring a tomographic image based on the converted density distribution integration value, when the density distribution integration value is changed from f(x<SB>0</SB>) to "0" in the same transmission signal value (its logarithmic value is x<SB>0</SB>here), this tomograph corrects the density distribution integration value (=function f(x)) in another transmission signal value (a transmission signal value having a logarithmic value other than x<SB>0</SB>here) into f'(x) using the variation f(x<SB>0</SB>) so as to reduce the measuring processes of the transmission signal value and reduce the deterioration of the image quality of the tomographic image.
