TIME CONTROL DEVICE, METHOD, AND SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a time control device capable of acquiring a transmission time of accurate data by correcting a timepiece error or a transmission delay portion between a transmission device and a reception device, concerning a transmission/reception device of a communication network such as a network.

SOLUTION: The transmission device 1 transmits telegram information DT1by describing a standard time T1as a data generation time by a timepiece 2 on the transmission device 1 side in the telegram information DT1. The reception device 5 determines the difference between the described standard time T1and own device reception time T2. A fluctuation portion of a transmission delay is determined from the difference between the time difference and a value determined by averaging each time difference over a plurality of telegrams. The transmission time T0of data in a timepiece on the reception side is determined by subtracting the fluctuation time TUand an average delay TATset beforehand from the reception time T2.
