<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a boosting circuit capable of restraining drop in the power supply level and floating of the ground level by reducing the heavy current that runs at the setting-up. <P>SOLUTION: Two charge pump circuits 11a, 11b are provided to generate and output a boosting voltage for making the outputs common based on clock signals CLK, CLKB to be supplied, respectively. When a setup signal "OPEN" is active, only one charge pump circuit 11a is activated; and during at least a part of period for reboosting, the two charge pumps 11a, 11b are controlled so as to be activated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
