PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data management device, a data management method and a data management program for storing business form data prepared by operating totaling processing from application data in a database in a common format in order to output a business form from a database without using an application which has performed totaling processing.

SOLUTION: This data management device for storing data for business form preparation in a database as data in a predetermined format is provided with a means for acquiring application data prepared on applications in a plurality of formats; a means for preparing working data in a table format based on the application data; a means for converting working data in a table format into business form data in a common format independent of the format of the application data; a database for storing business form data in the common form and a means for performing storage processing for storing the business form data in the common format in the database.
