PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ductless seat air conditioning system capable of achieving comfortable air conditioning inexpensively by saving energy and reducing restrictions in design. SOLUTION: This seat air conditioning system is constituted by providing a seat base 14 above a floor surface opening an air supplying opening 8 laterally, forming an air chamber 18 having an air blowing port 32 in a proper section on a lower face of the seat base, and feeding the air blown onto a lower face side of the air chamber through the air supplying opening from the air blowing port 32 through the inside of the air chamber. A cavity 30 being continuous with the outside world is provided between the air supplying opening and a lower face of the air chamber, an air introducing hole 26 is opened in a section facing the air supplying opening on a bottom wall of the air chamber, a bottom wall part except the air introducing hole is used as a reverse flow prevention plate 28, and jet stream speed is set in such a way that the jet stream blown up from an air supplying opening 8 side enters the air introducing hole by letting dynamic pressure required for pushing the air in the air chamber out of the air blowing port exist.
