PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for controlling a gas turbine load capable of quickening following of power generator output to change of a demand load setting value even when a time constant of proportional-plus-integral control is set long. SOLUTION: The device 30 includes a load setting means, a first bias setting means, a second bias setting means, a target output setting means and the like, wherein the target output setting means sets target output by adding a plus side bias value to LDSET when a load set value is gradually increased by the load setting means according to increase of the demand load setting value input from a demand load setting means and sets the target output by subtracting a minus side bias value from the LDSET when the load set value is gradually decreased by the load setting means according to decrease of the demand load setting value.
