PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assembling type synthetic resin container for which a pair of side plates having been erected first are kept under a vertical state while a pair of side plates being erected later are turned. SOLUTION: A height adjusting section is projected from the side end edge of a bottom plate having a flat square surface shape, and four side plates are connected so as to be freely bendable with the height adjusting section through a turning shaft. The side plates are connected in such a manner that above a pair of the second side plates which are folded first from an assembled state, a pair of the first side plates which are folded later can horizontally be folded for this assembling type synthetic resin container. A regulating section which protrudes in a manner to be orthogonal to the inside is provided on both end sections of the pair of the first side plates which are folded later and erected first. The corner section of the height adjusting section is formed into a step section which is higher by one step. Then, a vertical state maintaining means which maintains the vertical state when a pair of the first side plates are erected is formed on the step section or on the lower surfaces of a pair of the first side plates.
