PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten cycle time in a drilling process of a resin part and to eliminate factors of quality deterioration of the resin part, trouble of a drilling device and the like. SOLUTION: The drilling device 2 for the resin part W includes: a rotary motor 22 for driving an output shaft in rotation by current application; a spindle 23 provided on the output shaft to rotate around the same axis as the output shaft; a feeder 1 for moving the spindle 23 along the axial direction of the output shaft; a cutter 26 provided in a position eccentric to the axis of the output shaft and rotated with the rotation of the spindle 23 to drill the resin part W; a current meter 20 for detecting the load current of the rotary motor 22; and a control device 3 (a machining control part) for controlling the feed rate and the feed per revolution of the spindle 23 by a robot 1.
