AMPHIPHILIC HYBRID POLYMER WITH HYBRID NANOPARTICLES AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE SAME

Provided is an amphiphilic hybrid polymer containing hybrid nanoparticles, which has excellent thermal and mechanical properties, good solubility in water, and superior shape stability in an aqueous solution and is useful for various living appliances, medical materials, etc. The amphiphilic hybrid polymer containing hybrid nanoparticles is prepared by the steps of: dropping a solution comprising organic-inorganic hybrid nanoparticles having isocyanate groups into a hydrophilic polymer solution having a hydroxyl group; reacting the hydroxyl group of the hydrophilic polymer with the isocyanate groups of the hybrid nanoparticles to prepare a reaction mixture solution; feeding the reaction mixture solution to excessive distilled water to precipitate amphiphilic hybrid polymer in which the hybrid nanoparticles are introduced into the hydrophilic polymer by a urethane reaction; and washing and drying the precipitated amphiphilic hybrid polymer.
