PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile phone with an image enlargement display function provided with a function of automatically extracting a portion of a displayed image and performing enlargement display in a split display screen of the mobile phone, an image enlarging and displaying method, an image enlargement display program and its recording medium.

SOLUTION: The mobile phone 1 is provided with an image enlargement display processing means (processing part 4) for extracting a portion of a display image and displaying the portion by enlarging it in the split display screen of the mobile phone 1 on the basis of a preset condition.
