摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate slipping of a shaft due to the rotation of a handle in an endoscopic surgery. <P>SOLUTION: This handle is characterized in rotatably connecting two levers at a pivot shaft, defining one side of the both sides of the pivot shaft as a grip section and the other side as a shaft attachment section, and operating an endoscopic surgical instrument such as forceps and a needle-carrier section at the distal end of the shaft by the lever operation of the handle. The upper part of one lever of the grip section is acutely bent for being locked at a so-called thumb pad between the thumb and the forefinger and defined as a thumb pad locking section, the other lever is formed for being grasped with the fingers other than the thumb and the forefingers, and the position and the shape of the thumb pad locking section is so formed that, when the thumb pad is locked to the thumb pad locking section of the grip section and the other fingers other than the thumb and the forefinger grasp the other lever, the forefinger faces the same direction along the right beside the shaft in a case where the forefinger extends straightly. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
