<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shutter lock for a truck which eliminates the need for the wiring of energization hardware or the like by attaching an electric drive to the frame side. <P>SOLUTION: The shutter lock 3 for the truck consists of a drive plate 16, a connection plate 5, a core piece 9, and a base 12. A motor 20, which functions as a source of a driving force, is provided to the interior of the shutter frame 4 of the container 1 of the truck, and the drive plate 16 is driven by the motor 20. Then the connection plate 5 attached to the shutter 2 is moved bilaterally with the sliding movement of the drive plate 16, and the core piece 9 converts the movement of the connection plate 5 to rotary motion of a thumb-turn core 15. Then the base 12 has a round hole 13, which is used for controlling the movement of the core piece 9, and a slot 14 used for controlling the movement of the connection plate 5.
