PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor storage capable of reducing areas of a row decoder and control circuit by integrating a plurality of memories. SOLUTION: The storage is provided with columns I/O 103 and 105 having column selectors 124 and 130 which differ in the number of bit lines to be selected or has sense amplifiers 127 and 132 connected to the different number of the column selectors 124 or individually connected to the column selectors 124, and is provided with the columns I/O 103 and 105 having sense amplifying selecting circuits which differ in the number of sense amplifiers to be selected according to the number of sense amplifiers 127 and 132.
