PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printed circuit board and a structure thereof which reduce the generation thereof EMI with respect to all the direction thereof, an EMI reduction method using these or structure thereof, and an electronic device incorporating these or structure thereof. SOLUTION: The printed circuit board is provided with an insulating layer, a substrate circuit formed on at least one surface of the insulating layer, a high dielectric layer having dielectric constant higher than the insulating layer which is formed so as to cover this substrate circuit, and the cover of the high dielectric layer side surface which is connected to the ground, while being extended from the high dielectric layer so as to cover the side surface of the printed circuit board.
