PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology capable of attaining photographing without blur by eliminating the effect of a camera shake attended with the operation of a shutter button. SOLUTION: A photographing apparatus disclosed herein is configured to include: an angular velocity detection section 50 for detecting the amount of the camera shake; a voice output section 90 for informing of execution of photographing by voice when a camera shake amount Q detected by the angular velocity detection section 50 reaches a camera shake threshold value Tn denoting a camera shake amount at which a photographed image whose blur is hardly recognized can be obtained; and a photographing section 20 for executing the photographing after the voice notice by the voice output section 90.
